Until a few months ago, I just do eat, do not exercise.... So... I gain weight...
(I did Yoga around 3 months but Yoya is not aerobic excercise... )
I checked my body and weight at the gym and a trainer said to me, "You must lose your weight by exercise and eating control!!!"
So I have done exercise at the gym twice of threetimes in a week from 3 weeks ago.
I know if want to lose weight then I have to do exercise everyday but It's difficult...
Surely I will lose my weight!!!!!!! Cheer up, Susan!!!!!
