why do I need sleep more

Usually 6 hours sleep is enough for me. At least in the past 10 years I feel that way. But recently I don't feel it is enough. I feel tired even after 7 hours sleep. I know that sleep is the time when the body does most of its repair work; muscle tissue is rebuilt and restored. With the age increasing I should have less sleep, not more...
