A Possible new feature for mobile phones: A suggestion

Sep 4th 2009, 10:39 AM 0 raters

I'm not a mobile phone specialist, nor anyone that has something to do with such stuffs. I am, however, a mobile phone addict and I want to give few ideas that I want to have in a mobile phone.

Various types of mobile phones are now poppin' into the earth. One always sure to surpass the other. Features that had already amazed us are the following:

  • Cameras with raging mega pixels, (yeah soon you'll be able to capture a billboard-size pictures)
  • wide screen & surround system-like videos,
  • motion game capabilities, (like bowling perhaps?)
  • paramount internal and external memories,
  • excellent music experiences,
  • ability to read vast files of different types,
  • high speed wireless internet,
  • navigators, (can they navigate one's life?)
  • TV out, (how about in?)
  • touch screens,
  • bluetooths, infras, mms
  • shock proofs,
  • voice recognition
  • penmanship reading capabilities-

What's next? 'course you can't expect a mobile phone and a washing machine coming as one, nah that's too soon.

Aight, how about a mobile phone with a Finger print reading capabilities?
It goes like:

  1. Finger prints acts like a log in for mails, messengers, online communities and games. So once you turn on your mobile and put on your print, your personal settings will be loaded;
  2. It can read and store multiple finger prints, for multiple-user phones;
  3. Of course, the prints act as the lock of the phone. So if your phone is stolen, they cannot access it; if it is lost, it can be returned (of course) with the help of the corresponding mobile serial number and can be received with finger print activation (get it?);
  4. Finger prints can be change with the consent of the past user;
  5. In case the screen got cranked, damaged or wrecked in any manner, (poor you! just kidding;) visit the nearest Official phone distributor*;

* If one needs to turn the phone ON and the finger print reader is damaged or broken, how about an actual log in? consisting of any/all of the following:

  • a password (minimum of 10 characters, alpha-numeric type),
  • a specific phrase or quote of some sort,
  • and few personal questions for the user(I recommend it must be organized on the first time the phone is used).

Quite a plan eh? I just hope someone from any leading phone manufacturers can read it, if yes, then I'll bet it'll cost us thousand of thousand bucks, if not, please spread the word :D, it'll benefit all of us! (especially those who always got clumsy and have the tendency to lose their phone every once in a while, like ME)
