this is my first blog on the icq.com. I am so glad to write some words that my colleagues can't know. and in china , maybe this is the only way that I can talk about the society and policy. as we know the company I work in is a state-owned enterprise. in the company we can't express our ideas and suggestions. all are done by our leaders. they just sit in the office and make decisions to conduct the whole company. we are the machines making things done by our leaders. no matter how bad the decisions are. we just do what leaders told us to. so this is the china , so this is what I want to be good at English. the funnest is that I ,the china people have to learn other language to express my minds about my country and my company.
