The last Saturday defeat of the Sport just definitely confirmed its passage to the B Serie next year. Just one question remains on the fans mind: "The

Particularly I evaluate this bad performance and the low engagement of the team as some kind of protest from the players against the technical

commission and the club directory. It's clear that the players are gaming without passion.

Sometimes you can get real thirtieths people documents. Normally they are humble, innocent and honest people. As the most of the documents are just copy, its easy to put your pic over the original to get a fake copy.
So, opened eyes when you think to dispose your CPF at some site or in just publish this kind of information. You can be surprised with the debt in your name! And for those sites, blogs, organizations and institutions that use to publish this information, for some necessity, I suggest that you mask
at least the middle digits of the CPF:

Those CPFs above, at most, I got at government sites. The last one I got at some city hall site, on the approved candidates job list. I remember that some time ago I had found mine, but I tried to find it again (not that I don't know my CPF =P ), but I couldn't (good for me).

Normally we worry about, on a job interview, to answer questions like "Why do you want to work at this company?", "Which are your values?", "Do you find yourself an ethic kind? Why?", "Where do you expect to be in the next five years?", etc. Indeed hardly we're worry about doing the same questions to the company which we're candidate for the job.
Which are the company values? The people whom I'll work with, are ethic people? Have I any chance to grow up here? Which challenges this company can offer to me? And the main question, why do I want to work here? If you're a dynamic and creative kind, what do you get working for a company that doesn't have those characteristics? Doing a job that's not your type. Or worst, having to work with people without any values or respect.
You must worry about it, because you'll spend, at least, eight hours each day, monday to friday, living on that place, with that people. This will have a huge influence on your work quality and your life quality abroad your work. The company values, the company behavior on the market, the way as it competes and how it deal with its employees, will be directly linked to you.
Once I gave up to go to a company for the simple reason that its manager was really anger because I had noticed the company where I worked, about a job propose offered to me. I believe that he would not like that one member of his team, went out without at least give him a chance to prepare himself to this lost. This is a completely ethic lack. I wouldn't like to work for someone which doesn't respect this kind of value.
