Aheemmm, I didn't have mood to write much due to workload in office and spending my time on things I missed during the trip.  So, am back and I have been indulging shamelessly in my hobbies.  At work, boss gave me a few paperwork to do including article and converting speeches.  Not to forget a couple of meetings to attend! 

I hope everyone is well and happy!  So, I was able to take the tut-tut in Phnom Penh and went around the town.  It's a dusty place; I had to wash my hair everytime (not so dramatic, it's actually everyday not everytime) I came back to hotel.  The view along the Mekong river was nice, in fact we had dinner near the river one evening and it was gorgeous.  Too bad and so unfortunate that I wasn't able to travel to Seam Reap, where Angkor Wat is!!  If I ever visit Cambodia again, I'd surely make a trip especially to see Angkor Wat.

So, anyone knows what happened to Cambodia in 1975?  ;)

Hellooooooooooo, am back from Phnom Penh ... Cambodia is a great nation that had survived the cruelty of mankind ... I was touched by the history ....

A man from the other side of Earth planet told me that employers check on the information of the staff as a way to ensure that the image of the companies is upheld.  Hmm, one may even lose a job if what you publish on a public website is not as positive as it should be. 

I don't know if it's fair to judge a person by what he publishes on the net.  There's always room for some freedom of expression.  To what extent any published content of a person is considered as harmful or beyond the confinement of what is decent is still ambiguous.  It all depends then on the employer to decide.  I hope there is at least a minimal condition in which people are able to express his thoughts without losing their job.  And I wonder too if these employers judge their staff based on their personal information.  Is there any correlation between personal display on the net with the job performance of a staff?  I certainly hope that employers do not simply judge people just because they have certain preferences which are not agreed by the employers.  As long as the information on the net is decently presentable, employers should be considerate enough. 

Employees only spend one third of their day with their job, they are not selling their life to bosses.  A public display of information should not be too harshly treated by bosses  ...

Am going to Cambodia tomorrow - one day trip.  No staying there, just to and fro in one day!  Thinking bout that makes me shiver with fatigue even before the trip.  Am also crossing fingers to hope I don't have to take the flight at midnight which would mean I reach Penang on Tuesday morning.  Whoppsss .... hoping for the best ....

My mind has been going in the direction of decreasing productivity.  It has been hours I looked at the screen, digging ideas from websites.  It was a failure in search of topics.  I switched my attention to reading.  Although the articles provided a lot of inputs, I still failed to begin any decent discussion.  I call it the ‘inactive stage’ of the usual cycle.  Have a good day, people!
